What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful and transformational, natural therapy that improves mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Here at The Breathe Space I focus primarily on Conscious Connected Breathwork, using a powerful mix of tools and techniques to encourage a full and free flowing breath using the whole of the respiratory system. Conscious, connected breathwork helps to release limiting patterns, let go of unwanted or buried emotions and welcome new energy and positive behavioral patterns.
